The Ripper Shifter Linkage is a high end, durable, American-made shift linkage with superb quality but shipping delays left something to be desired.

Exactly as described
the ripper shifter linkage is a nice quality piece that looks great on my bike and shifts smoothly but it's way overpriced compared to the stock part

Quality
I'm an off-roading guy and was pumped to try the Ripper Shifter Linkage. Install was easy and shifting is so smooth now, it's awesome. I'd tell any off-roader to check this mod out.
