The Bionic Flex Elbow Protectors don't provide enough protection or adjustability for the price; you're better off spending a bit more for sturdier and more adjustable elbow guards with better shock absorption.

These elbow protectors are so good! I've tried lots of brands but the Bionic Flex ones are the best by far - super lightweight and breathable yet still provide great protection. For biking they stay in place well and have held up through all my crashes with no rips at all, would definitely recommend them to any extreme sporters looking for top notch elbow guards.
