The bionic action protection shorts provide a nice blend of comfort protection and freedom of movement for mountain biking I've used them on several rides now and feel they live up to their promise of strategic padding to protect areas prone to impact while not limiting mobility they're a good choice for trail and downhill riding with a focus on optimized protection though some tweaks to durability could make them a top pick

Yo, these Bionic shorts are mad comfy with the padding all up in the crotch to protect the goods and they breathe real nice too. The strategically placed padding helps when you slam and the elastic straps keep them locked on even when sending airs. Overall they simply perform and feel better than anything else I've worn for aggressive riding.
