As an automotive enthusiast I was eager to try out the new camshaft from the brand this high-performance cam is specially designed for large 124 inch and bigger engines with monster bores and ported heads it’s not recommended for stock bore engines after installing the camshaft a few weeks ago I’m thrilled with the all-out horsepower gains the cam really wakes up modified engines though it does require adjustable pushrods and heavy-duty valve springs the cam includes required bearings o-rings and hardware I’m very happy with this cam and recommend it for anyone looking to maximize horsepower on a built motor it was worth the wait

This cam really wakes up my big block engine and gives it way more horsepower and torque, the quality is great and it delivers awesome power gains, made in the USA, I highly recommend it if you want to get maximum power from a large engine.

The 590 Camshaft promises all-out horsepower for large, highly modified engines, but my experience suggests it doesn’t quite live up to the hype as it was far too aggressive for my mildly built motor and provided a peaky, uneven power band ill-suited to the street making it hard to recommend for casual users like myself.

Wow, I’m thrilled with this 590 Camshaft! The all-out horsepower design is perfect for my souped up 124 inch engine. I’d highly recommend this cam to anyone looking to really wake up a large displacement engine – it’s an expertly designed high-performance camshaft.

While the 590 Camshaft delivers strong high-end horsepower, its aggressive profile causes rough idle and poor drivability, making more streetable cams with slightly milder profiles a better choice for most street applications.
