Save your money and avoid this so-called “big brake kit” that boasts “oversized pistons” and “extra stopping power” but in reality offers negligible improvements over stock brakes and a frustrating installation – stick with OEM or spend up for a quality aftermarket kit if you want real upgrades.

After installing this brake kit on my Talon, I was expecting serious stopping power, but the semi-floating discs warp if you look at them wrong and customer service promptly said there’s nothing they can do when the kit doesn’t even fit my wheels right. As an experienced mechanic, I can confidently say this overpriced kit can barely stop a tricycle and I should’ve just stuck with stock brakes.
