While made in the USA the build quality of the Bar-Harness II Handlebar Tie-Down is disappointing and it didn’t fit my wider grips despite claims of accommodating various sizes. I was quite disappointed with the Bar-Harness II and would caution against buying it.
Ike –
This fancy nylon strap with a molded plastic cup is a total rip-off and waste of money, don’t bother with this lame handlebar tie-down that’s not worth the price.
