I was excited to try the TrailerLift based on the rating but unfortunately it did not live up to expectations, the shock system was finicky and did not hold the trailer up leading to some scary moments, customer service was hit or miss, delivery took longer than expected, when it worked it was nice to not prop the trailer manually but that was rare so I cannot recommend the TrailerLift and am back to using trailer jacks.
