But wait, there’s more! This bad boy (or girl, I suppose) also comes with an “Emergency Release System (ERS) padding” for quick and safe extraction in the event of an emergency. Because, let’s be real, we’ve all been there – stuck in a helmet during a crash and just praying for a quick escape.
And don’t even get me started on the “visor release system” and “hydration kit compatibility.” I mean, seriously, who needs all that stuff? Just give me a helmet that works and doesn’t make me look like a total dork.
But, I digress. The Missile Tech Helmet – MIPS® – Matte Black – Medium does seem to have some decent features. The “removable air vent on the chin” is a nice touch, and I appreciate the “D-ring closure for security” and the “removable and washable anti-bacterial lining with polygiene.”
Overall, I’d say this helmet is decent, but not exactly groundbreaking. It does what it’s supposed to do, and that’s about it. But hey, at least the customer service is good, right?

The Emergency Release System (ERS) padding is a lifesaver, and the visor release system is a nice touch. The removable air vent on the chin is a great feature for enhanced airflow and easy cleaning. Plus, the hydration kit compatibility is a must-have for long rides.
The D-ring closure provides security, and the removable and washable anti-bacterial lining with polygiene is a nice touch. The matte black color looks sleek and stylish, and the XS size fits perfectly.
While the delivery was delayed, the product quality makes up for it. I’m so glad I waited for this helmet – it’s a game-changer for downhill riding.

This is a great helmet that fits my head perfectly. The MIPS technology helps reduce the risk of injury. I’ve been riding for years and this is the most comfortable and secure helmet I’ve found. The matte black looks sleek and the removable lining makes it easy to keep clean.
