After using the Replacement Clip-On Handlebar from Vortex for a few weeks, I’m very happy with it as a great economical option that still provides amazing strength with its machined solid billet aluminum construction and removable handlebar tube made in the USA, the installation process was straightforward and the handlebar clamps securely to the fork tubes for a very sturdy feel, the black finish looks slick and matches most bike styles, riding with the clip-ons takes some getting used to as the position is more aggressive but I quickly adapted and now feel totally comfortable and in control with the reduced leverage making steering lighter and more responsive, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars as the quality and performance exceed expectations for the price with my only complaint being that the handlebar tube has a little up/down play even when bolted tight but it’s minimal and doesn’t affect handling, overall I’d definitely recommend these to anyone looking for an affordable set of shorty clip-on bars.
