I’ve been using the Ultimate Fabric Guard for a few weeks and wanted to give my thoughts. It works pretty well to repel water but has a strong chemical smell and leaves residue if you don’t let it fully dry. Overall I’d recommend giving it a try if you need a fabric protector, just let it dry fully before using furniture.
