This salt protector really impressed me, removing all the salt from my boat and leaving a slick Teflon-like coating.

After trying every salt protector out there, this PTEF stuff is by far the easiest to use with the best results – spray, rinse, and the salt’s gone while an invisible barrier keeps new salt from sticking around.

I was eager to try Salt Off Protector with PTEF to help remove salt deposits and prevent future damage on my boat, but unfortunately this product didn’t quite live up to my expectations – while it rinsed away some salt buildup, it didn’t fully remove all the hardened salt deposits and I didn’t notice much of a protective coating left behind, plus it was runnier than I expected, so even though it arrived quickly, it’s hard for me to recommend this salt remover and protector given its mediocre performance removing salt in my experience, as more heavy duty scrubbing and elbow grease were still required after application.

After using Star Brite’s Salt Off Protector with PTEF on my boat for a few weeks, I gotta say I’m real impressed with how easily it removes salt and protects my boat’s surfaces from future salt damage.

Wow, I’m just blown away by this miracle product, the salt protector with PTEF. I mean, the list of features is mind-blowing, it removes salt from stuff and leaves some special coating to prevent future salt damage, 5 stars all around!
