- 88″, 7.5:1 compression
- Can be used in engines with 4-1/4″ flywheels
- Made in the U.S.A.
- Crankcases must be bored to accept the larger 3-5/8″ cylinders and stock flywheel assembly should be rebalanced.

Wow, the 3-5/8″ kit is just amazing, I mean it’s a cylinder and piston kit, how cool is that, with its sturdy cast iron cylinders that are like made of iron or something, and the smooth sliding piston rings I could play with all day, the helpful customer service perfectly answered all my complex compression ratio questions, and the lightning fast shipping took a whole day less than expected, so with its flawless design this thing gets a perfect 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Wow, this 3-5/8″ Big Bore Cylinder and Piston Kit from S&S is top-notch, made in the USA and can be used to build a massive 88″ engine or replace cylinders in an existing engine. Once installed, the performance gains were immediately noticeable – my Harley feels so much more powerful and responsive now, it’s like a whole new bike!

This sick 3-5/8″ cylinder and piston kit from S&S is the bomb! I slapped this bad boy on my 88″ engine to really open it up and let ‘er rip. This kit hauls major butt now, I highly recommend it if you wanna wake up your motor and improve performance.

I was excited to try this big bore kit but honestly was pretty disappointed. The power boost was weaker than I expected and the gaskets and bolts it came with felt cheap. For the high price I think there’s better kits out there that truly deliver noticeable horsepower gains.

The 3-5/8 inch Big Bore Cylinder and Piston Kit from S&S Cycle provides a nice bump in power by increasing the engine size to 88 cubic inches. I was happy with the performance boost but installation requires some extra work machining the cases and rebalancing.
