This seat is so comfortable it feels like I’m sitting on a cloud – the split cushion keeps the pressure off and it has held up great after a few weeks of riding.

the explorer special seat for vt750 motorcycles from saddlemen promises exceptional comfort for long rides but fails to fully deliver with a customer rating of 4 out of 5 stars this seat gets a lot right but has some shortcomings the split cushion design separates seating from lumbar support to reduce pressure points and the materials provide good comfort and durability however the seat’s contouring and shape don’t fully live up to the promise of superior two up touring comfort after several weeks of use the seat starts to feel too firm and can cause discomfort on long rides especially for the passenger while well made in the usa this seat could benefit from more padding and better shaping for two riders comfort seekers may want to consider alternative options better optimized for two up touring comfort over the long haul

The Explorer Special Seat is really comfortable and looks great on my Honda VT750, I highly recommend it for touring bikes.
