Wow the new V2 mask valve from RZ really takes my breath away I mean that literally this thing makes it so hard to breathe I’m practically gasping for air anytime I wear my mask what great engineering to make a valve that restricts airflow instead of improving it my favorite part is how the one-way valve vents condensation right into my mouth nothing like some refreshing drops of water coming into my mask with each breath though RZ says this keeps the inside dry I find it does the opposite installing the valves is easy just twist and lock them blocking almost all incoming air for that suffocating feeling I love and don’t worry about replacing them too often at 1.5 inches wide these valves really limit airflow so they’ll last a long time overall for anyone who wants shallow hard breaths while wearing a mask I highly recommend the V2 valve the customer service was also slow to respond to my complaints reinforcing my terrible experience thanks RZ keep up the bad work

While the V2 mask valve allows easy breathing and blocks unfiltered air as expected, the flimsy plastic housing, loose twist-lock mechanism, and smaller size raise some durability concerns for heavy-duty use.

The v2 mask valve is a letdown with flimsy construction poor sealing and lackluster airflow it doesn’t live up to expectations for a replacement part

The V2 mask valve from RZ Industries is easy to install and replace but has restricted airflow compared to competitors, doesn’t maintain a tight seal over time, and I’d recommend spending more for higher-end valves if using the mask for strenuous work or exercise.
