The Mana Performance Gel Mixed Berries is pretty good stuff I’ve used it before runs and bike rides and it gives me energy the gel comes in pouches that are easy to squeeze while exercising it’s not too sweet either which is nice some highlights are it’s made with healthy ingredients and it’s made in the USA only 5g of sugar per pouch I got the 12 pack which is convenient shipping was fast got it in a couple days in perfect condition I’d give it 5 stars it gives good energy without a sugar crash later I’d definitely recommend it for runners bikers or anyone who needs a quick boost during a workout

I was disappointed with the mana performance gel mixed berries, with a name like mana I expected an energy boost that would really deliver but these gels fell short, the gels provide some nutrition from ingredients like maltodextrin cane juice and salts but with only 70 calories per pouch the energy kick is minimal, while the gels are conveniently portable and made in the USA with non-GMO ingredients the 5g of sugar wasn’t enough to give me the quick energy fix I needed mid-workout, the mixed berry flavor was alright but quite artificial tasting, on the plus side customer service was helpful in resolving my issues but overall I wouldn’t recommend mana performance gels if you’re looking for a pre/mid workout energy boost, as a casual athlete myself I need something more substantial with real staying power.
