- 04-16 XL models use metric 10mm x 1.25 and 12mm x 1.50 banjo bolts, washers and fittings. All Big Twin (except 08-16 Dressers) and pre-04 XL models use standard 3/8″ and 7/16″ banjo bolts, washers and fittings. Fittings and washers listed as 3/8″/10mm will work in either application.

I was real excited when my new Street Legal banjo fitting came in the mail way faster than I thought! I needed this thing bad for my bike project. It’s a straight fitting with a 7/16 male end, made in the USA too! I’ve used Street Legal parts before, never had a problem. Install was easy once I got the right bolt and washer. It does what it’s supposed to, no leaks or anything. I’d give it 4 stars, only reason it’s not 5 is you gotta buy bolts separate.

I’ve been riding Harleys for over 20 years and have done plenty of brake jobs, so I know quality parts when I see them. This Street Legal banjo fitting went on real smooth, works great with no leaks, and was reasonably priced – definitely recommend for anyone upgrading brake lines on their bike.

This straight banjo fitting is just an average product, nothing to get too excited about in my experience installing it on my bike.

The banjo fitting from Street Legal gets the job done but with slow shipping, limited compatibility, and a high price, I’ll look at other options next time.

The banjo fitting is well-made in the USA with precise manufacturing for quality braking but slow shipping time from the company was disappointing.

As a motorcycle mechanic, I’m thrilled with Street Legal’s brake line banjo fittings – they’re top-notch, easy to install parts made in the USA that fit both metric and standard banjo bolts on my older Harleys, unlike other brands I’ve tried – kudos to Street Legal for another great product!
