- 04-16 XL models use metric 10mm x 1.25 and 12mm x 1.50 banjo bolts, washers and fittings. All Big Twin (except 08-16 Dressers) and pre-04 XL models use standard 3/8″ and 7/16″ banjo bolts, washers and fittings. Fittings and washers listed as 3/8″/10mm will work in either application.

i bought the pro system ii banjo fitting to use on my bike project this banjo fitting seems decent quality with its chrome plating and black steel construction its made in the usa too which is nice i gave it a 4 star rating the shipping box was taped up good so it didn’t get damaged as a weekend tinkerer this banjo fitting serves its purpose fine compared to other fittings i’ve used its priced fair and installs easy enough with the right tools overall this pro system ii banjo fitting gets the job done without any fuss id buy pro system parts again based on this experience theres probably fancier fittings out there but for my needs this one works good just make sure you get the right size and confirm its compatible with your bike model before ordering
