This “skid plate” bolts on for easy installation but I’m sure it’s making my Can-Am safer and cooler, even if I can’t tell. I was thrilled to get my hands on it and install it right away to immediately see no noticeable difference in my driving experience.

As a casual Spyder RT rider I found the Can-Am skid plate provided sturdy protection for the bike’s underside from debris and minor bumps through weeks of riding over varying roads though shipping was slightly delayed the quality durable easy-to-install aluminum shield was worth the wait and I’d recommend it to other RT owners.
