Description
- Twinwall® construction consists of two aluminum alloy tubes, one within the other
- Outer tube is 7010-T73, which has extreme resistance to mechanical damage and is anodized to prevent corrosion
- Inner tube is ultra high strength 7010-T6 aluminum and is hard anodized to resist wear from twist grip and controls
- Rubber seals are used to cover the ends of the outer tube to keep water and cleaning fluids out
- Laser marked in the middle for accurate positioning
- Each handlebar includes an updated injection molded foam bar pad for better protection and greater durability
- Requires model-specific 1-1/8″ bar mounts for bikes originally equipped with 7/8″ bars

The Twinwall Handlebar is pretty nice and seems durable, though the rubber seals and injection molded padding are a bit overhyped – overall a good upgrade if you want a lighter and stiffer bar.
Walt –
This handlebar is super sturdy and can take a beating. The foam padding helps prevent scrapes if you fall but the anodized aluminum seems nearly indestructible.
Oscar –
This handlebar is really durable and can take a beating on the trails, but you’ll need new mounts since it has a larger diameter.
Conrad –

These handlebars are really durable and stylish, I would definitely recommend them.
Moe –
The Twinwall handlebar from Reed Windham offers exceptional strength and vibration dampening thanks to its patented double tube aluminum alloy construction though the premium pricing may limit its appeal to enthusiasts seeking maximum durability and performance
