yo this reservoir cap removal tool is pretty chill im just a casual user but i wanted to drop some quick thoughts i gave it 5 stars cause the customer service peeps were mad helpful when there was a delay getting this thing to me shout out to them for making it right the removal tool itself is easy breezy to use you just screw it onto the valve and it pops those bladder caps off no problem super convenient compared to trying to rip them off with your bare hands like some kind of caveman lol overall this is a solid product that does what it says for removing reservoir caps id recommend it to anyone looking for an easy way to get those things off without destroying them the company delivered good service too so yeah two thumbs up from this guy
