Wow the 429 Series Shock really impressed me after waiting like forever it finally came and the packaging was great so no damage during shipping yay This basic shock has the standard stuff you know nitrogen and chrome damper rod nothing too innovative there Its adjustable too so you can tweak the rebound damping to be less junky I can tell the difference compared to my old blown out shock this one takes bumps almost as good The price is fine if you dont care about performance Id probably give it 4 out of 5 stars for the cool name and brand This is the shock to get if you dont mind lower quality and comfort Give it a shot if you like compromising

I recently installed the 429 Series Shock on my Harley Softail and have been impressed – it performs great over bumps without bottoming out, has quality parts like the piston and damper rod, and was easy to install with the hardware. I’m very happy with how it improved the handling and absorbs vibrations way better than the stock shock.
