i recently purchased the skid plate foam in the 8.5 x 10 size and couldn’t wait to install this high-quality american-made product on my vehicle but after carefully securing the foam between my engine and skid plate and heading out to the trails, it failed miserably – the foam compressed too easily and didn’t provide adequate protection so i would only recommend for light trail use, not hardcore off-roading.
