These tear-offs work fine for practice but I’d go with something more heavy duty for racing.

I’ve used tear-offs for years and recently tried these Fly ones from Moose Racing. They’re your standard 50-pack without posts, made in the USA, and they stick well and peel off nice when vision gets blurry which is exactly what you need for a good price.
