Wow I’m just thrilled with my purchase of this Ball Joint for my TRX250 the listing promised it was a heavy duty steel ball joint that would be way better than the cheap OEM aluminum one but after a few weeks of use I’m finding this so-called heavy duty ball joint is just as junky as the stock one the ball joint failed just like the OEM did leaving me stranded out on the trails but don’t worry the helpful customer service reps promptly told me it was clearly my fault for pushing the machine too hard they just ooze knowledge and expertise I’m sure the crack customer service team could explain how their amazing product isn’t to blame overall I’d give this ball joint a solid 1 out of 5 stars the quality is marginal at best it failed quickly and the manufacturer won’t stand behind it I definitely won’t make the mistake of buying this ball joint again but hey at least the listing promises it comes with a snap ring and cotter pin those are sure handy when you’re broken down on the side of the trail
