The Geomax AT81 EX rear tire has super sticky tread for great traction off-road, but it wears faster than competitors’ tires on pavement.

The Geomax AT81 EX rear tire delivers excellent traction and control across loose, rocky terrain. After testing it in demanding conditions, I can recommend this tire to any serious off-road rider looking for performance from a rear tire.

I bought the Geomax thinking it would be a good cheap tire for my dirt bike but the nobs wear down fast and the traction ain’t that great, it feels like I’m sliding around more than with my old tire, maybe the compound is too soft or something, for what it costs it’s ok but I was hoping for more, compared to other cheap tires like Shinko this one seems to wear out faster, I wish it had better durability cause the tread pattern looks pretty cool, but overall the Geomax is an alright budget tire but don’t expect it to last long if you’re riding on rocks and dirt, the customer service is good if you have problems but I probably won’t buy this rear tire again, there are better options out there for just a little more money.
