The MXV gauge system seems alright at first glance but turns out to be a bunch of cheap plastic junk with tiny hard-to-read gauges so I wouldn’t recommend this disappointing mishmash of marketing fluff.

I’ve been using this analog gauge kit for a few weeks and it’s awesome, with a sharp 8,000 RPM tachometer and multi-function display it really upgrades the look of my bike’s dash and provides all the info I need, installation took some work but I’m really impressed with the features Dakota Digital packed in here for a fair price, would definitely recommend for any bike owner looking to upgrade.

The Dakota Digital MVX Series Analog Gauge System is a nice blend of retro styling and modern functionality that really improves my classic ride, though the basic sender units leave a bit to be desired.

These Auto Meter analog gauges look great and add a lot of functionality, but installation takes some work – I was able to get them working after some trial and error but less experienced DIYers should probably have a pro handle the wiring.

The MVX analog gauge system from Dakota Digital has excellent build quality with stylish chrome bezels and crisp gauge faces. I really like the customizable displays and modern features that retain the classic analog look.
