As a casual rider who has used this chrome stem bolt cover and rubber plug I have some critical quick thoughts to share the product itself is a high quality chrome cover and plug made in the USA specifically for ’57-’78 XL models without a steering damper I was pleased with the fit and finish which gives a nice custom look to my bike the ordering process was a bit frustrating however delivery was delayed but Harley finally came through after some prodding their customer service reps were helpful in resolving the issues promptly once I reached out all’s well that ends well I suppose overall I’m satisfied with this chrome bolt cover for my vintage ride it looks slick and was worth the wait despite the shipping snafus if you need this part for your classic XL it’s a quality product and recommended if you don’t mind potentially slow delivery times just stay on top of customer service if issues arise I’d give the product itself a 5 star rating based on the chrome finish and durability the buying and delivery process was more of a 3 star experience unfortunately but I’d still recommend this bolt cover for others looking to add some personality to their vintage Harley

I’ve been using this chrome stem bolt cover and rubber plug on my old Shovelhead for a few weeks now, and it fits great and looks slick while protecting the bolt and covering the hole real nice.
