Description
- Thudbuster Long Travel (LT)
- The Thudbuster Parallel Linkage technology stays in the direct path of the natural travel of the rear wheel—as a bump lifts the back of a bicycle, the rear wheel pushes up and forward into the rider
- The Thudbuster works by compressing along the exact opposite path— down and rearward —absorbing force at the same rate
- Natural suspension feel without being overly active and allows for more travel without compromising pedaling position
- 90 mm / 3.5” of travel
- 5 mm (unweighted) setback
- Medium firm elastomer pre-installed from the factory

The Thudbuster LT suspension seatpost is a game-changer that absorbs bumps and vibration far better than any other post I’ve tried, making even the roughest rides smooth and comfortable.

The Thudbuster seatpost promises to smooth out bumps during rides but in reality it transmits vibrations and fails to compensate over larger bumps, I’ll just stick to my padded shorts for now.

The Thudbuster seatpost soaks up bumps nicely without bouncing me around. Rides are much more comfortable with this post.

The Thudbuster seatpost is great for smoothing out bumps on my mountain bike without too much bounce. After testing it a lot on trails, I’d definitely recommend it for adding comfort.
Wilson –
The Thudbuster seatpost works okay for small bumps, but doesn’t really improve the ride quality over larger bumps. Overall it’s just an average product that I wouldn’t really recommend.
Dale –
I really like the Thudbuster seatpost which smooths out bumps and reduces fatigue without messing up my saddle position, it noticeably improved my road bike’s ride quality and was easy to install and adjust.

The Thudbuster LT seatpost aims to absorb bumps but only mildly dampens vibration and chatter in my experience, for the price I wish it soaked up bumps better but the suspension effect is subtle and doesn’t hugely improve comfort over rigid posts.
