Wow, I’m overjoyed with the Thudbuster LT Elastomer – it really smooths out vibrations on bumpy roads exceptionally well compared to other posts I’ve tried. After installing it and taking a test ride, I’m confident giving this product a full 5 stars for taking the sting out of bumps while still letting me feel in control.

As a casual rider who knows nothing about cycling, I was so excited to try the “extra soft” Thudbuster seatpost for the smoothest ride ever, but the bruisingly stiff and unforgiving thing rattled my teeth over every bump compared to better shock-absorbing seatposts I’ve tried, but hey, you get what you pay for I guess.

The Thudbuster LT seatpost has a very soft feel that smooths out bumps but allows for more bounce than I’d like. Overall a good quality seatpost but not ideal if you prioritize pedaling efficiency over comfort.
