The Challenger Track delivers impressive deep snow performance with exceptional grip and floatation thanks to the aggressive lug design, though it falls a bit short on hard pack surfaces compared to other options.

I’ve been riding snowmobiles for over 20 years and have tried just about every track out there, recently I installed a set of mountain tracks on my sled and after taking them out on the trails for a few weeks I’m pleasantly surprised, the deep snow performance is great with tons of grip and control even when punching through deep powder thanks to the aggressive lug design, hard packed snow and ice performance is also surprisingly good considering the tall lug height, install was easy enough though it did take some extra time to get the tension adjusted just right, the tracks seem very sturdy and well constructed with no issues so far, one downside is that they are a bit louder than my old tracks when riding on hard pack but a small price to pay for the performance advantages in my opinion, overall I’m really impressed with these mountain tracks and would highly recommend them.

The Challenger Track was a disappointment that took way too long to ship, didn’t perform as expected once I got it, and has terrible customer service to boot.

The Challenger mountain track seems mediocre for a casual rider like me – the lugs and sawtooth tread don’t grip well on hard snow or get through deep snow with much speed.
