These rail caps are a solid upgrade from the slippery factory rubber rails for Sea-Doo jet skis and come highly recommended based on the positive reviews.
Cal –
The rail caps from Brand X were easy to install, replaced my slippery factory rails with a nice composite material, and their customer service was great when I had minor issues – I’d definitely recommend them.

The Rail Caps aim for a better alternative to the factory rubber rails, but the build quality and traction leave much to be desired – for the price, the minor upgrade just isn’t worth it unless you really dislike the stock rail’s look.

I recently bought the Rail Caps for my boat, the composite material was supposed to be better than the rubber rails, it sounded good – composite caps to replace the slippery rails, but the delivery was delayed which was annoying, I was eager to install them when they came, the instructions were clear and the composite does seem more durable than rubber, the caps fit good and look nice in white, but after using the boat they aren’t as grippy as I expected, I’m not sure the sealant will keep them on long term either, for the price I’m not that impressed with the quality and performance compared to the stock rails, the delayed shipping didn’t help meet my expectations, overall the Rail Caps are okay but not a big improvement, unless you need to replace worn rails you may be better saving your money, the durability and performance gains are marginal in my experience, I’m giving them 3 stars as a casual boater, for the premium price I expected more.

These rail caps are awesome I’ve had them on my boat for a few weeks and couldn’t be happier the composite material is way better than the slippery rubber rails that came with my boat After using them for a few weeks now I can say these rail caps are an upgrade for any boat
