I bought this 2 inch Shorty Belt Drive thingy for my lawnmower engine starter and it came real fast, the highlights are that its made for electric start engines and includes all the parts you need, I haven’t used it long enough to really test it out but it was easy to install and seems to work fine starting the mower so overall if you’re looking for a short drive belt for an electric start mower engine this one will probably do the job fine for the price.
