The Universal Throttle Cable aims to be a one-size-fits-all solution but after using it for a few weeks, I noticed the cable housing quality is poor and binds up too easily making the throttle response inconsistent and sluggish. The universal fittings are nice for easy installation but the performance leaves a lot to be desired and fitment to the throttle body was hit or miss depending on the vehicle. While convenient, this universal cable lacks the quality and performance of an OEM cable.

Yo listen up riders I just gotta shout about this sick new Universal Throttle Cable I picked up, this bad boy is 53 inches of pure throttle bliss cut to length for any internal throttle with mad adjustability and install was a breeze so I’m giving it two enthusiastic thumbs up from this casual rider for the throttle needs.

The throttle cable was so stiff it barely moved and I nearly crashed after installing it, but at least it was made in America even though it’s complete garbage.

It’s cut to length so you can size it as needed, it’s made in the USA, install was straightforward, and it allows my throttle to operate smoothly again – an all-around solid choice that I’d recommend if you need a new throttle cable.
