Wow, the new chin vent for my helmet is just stellar! I’m so glad they made the actuating mechanism thicker so it’s easier to use with my clumsy gloved hands and being able to choose between 3 different vent positions is groundbreaking!

The ARAI Contour-X XG Chin Vent is an excellent replacement part that significantly improves upon the original with its three-position sliding air scoop for precise airflow control and thicker, easy to use actuating mechanism. During my testing this vent performed far superior to others on the market and is a great upgrade that I highly recommend.

This chin vent is a great replacement for my ARAI Contour-X helmet. The 3-position sliding air-scoop is easy to use and provides a good amount of airflow. The replaceable filter is a nice touch and the actuating mechanism is thick and easy to use with gloves. However, I wish the vent was a bit more adjustable to fit my specific needs. Overall, I’m happy with the product and would recommend it to others.

I was super excited when my new chin vent arrived, I’ve been using it for a few weeks and wanted to give some thoughts – it’s easy to slide open and closed, has 3 positions to control airflow which is a nice upgrade, install was easy, feels sturdy and well made, matches my helmet and bike, airflow seems improved, keeps wind and cold air off my face better, order arrived faster than expected, no issues with the box, for riders looking to upgrade I’d recommend this chin vent, super high quality and improves airflow, easy to install and use, one of the best upgrades in a while

the arai contour x xg chin vent is a great upgrade for contour x owners it allows way more airflow than the stock vent and has a thicker tab thats easier to use with gloves on installation was easy too and it seems real durable plus the replaceable filter is a nice bonus already after a few rides i can tell the improved cooling is worth the cost id say it allows like 25 percent more air flow compared to stock and lets you fine tune ventilation between the open mid and closed positions so if your contour x fogs up or gets hot def check out the xg chin vent its an excellent way to get better airflow and stay cooler
