Its patented Omni-Directional Suspension (ODS) system is the star of the show, reducing linear and angular impact forces that reduce the risk of concussions and other head injuries. The helmet remains flexible while still providing other safety features such as the cervical-protection zone, brow rib, sternum pad, and roost guard.
• Technology: The ATR-2Y Solid Helmet employs a rebuildable design to give youth riders the most safety and value for their investment. Riders can replace the inner EPS liner and multi-impact EPP liner following impacts. The ATR-2Y’s EPP damping towers and low-friction disks manage impact energy even more, ensuring head protection in case of accidents.
• Comfort and Style: The Air-Gap ventilation system ensures sufficient airflow through the helmet to keep riders comfortable throughout a ride. The helmet’s cheek pads allow for emergency releases during accidents. The ATR-2Y Solid Helmet is available in sizes ranging from S to XL and colors that include gloss white and matte black.
